What Will I Owe in Commission?
If
a real estate agent procures the buyer, you pay whatever co-broke
commission we set up at the time of listing (usually 2-3%). By showing
your own home and negotiating any offers, you save "the other half" of
the commission!
Unlike most MLS listings, you still retain your "for
sale by owner" status. Your Discount Realty Works yard sign will have
your phone number on it if you choose. If you find the buyer without the
aid of a real estate agent, you owe no commission to anyone!
