100th Career Sale!

I realized a few days ago that so far in this real estate adventure I had helped sell 99 properties via the MLS. I'm glad I realized this tidbit before the odometer rolled past a century. It's a good feeling. Perhaps if I worked for someone else I would be eligible for a gold watch or a plaque or something. Not much time to dwell though; #'s 101-105 are coming up fast!
And all kidding aside, I am grateful, thankful, and fortunate to have such an awsome client base. My clients do a far better job of spreading the word than I do! Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this business for the last 4 1/2 years. Many of you took a chance on a realtively unknown company, person, and business model, and many of you have been rewarded with real savings when you sold. I am proud of what we have done and I am optimistic that even better times are yet to come!

Just Freaking AWESOME, Mike! You have "an awesome client base" because you have built that client base thru hard work, honest and open dealings and a genuine interest in helping your clients' to realize their goals (and sometimes even their dreams)!
