Buyers who do their homework before contacting us can save thousands of dollars when buying a home.

Why pay a real estate agent full price if you are already doing a good deal of the work?

The way I see it, you are making my job easier if you narrow your search down to just a few properties you would like to tour. So if I only need to show you 4 (or fewer) homes, and we make an offer on one of those that is accepted, I will rebate 1% of the sale price of the home back to you upon successful closing.

Here is the fine print:

You must sign a buyer agency agreement
The homes we tour must be listed in the MLS with a buyer agent commission offering of at least 2% (almost all homes in the MLS qualify)
Properties listed through my listing company, Eauclairebyowner.com, do not qualify because you can save even more by calling the owner directly!
Offer valid only if we tour 4 or fewer homes.
Your 1% incentive will be paid upon successful closing and commission payment made to Discount Realty Works LLC.
Your 1% incentive may count as income for tax reporting purposes; check with a tax advisor.
