About the Eau Claire MLS
What is the Eau Claire MLS?
The Eau Claire MLS is technically called the Northwestern Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service. The Eau Claire MLS is operated by the Realtors® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin (RANWW), which is based in Eau Claire. The Service has over 300 cooperating offices, over 1000 subscribers, and covers 21 counties. The system is fully computerized and has information on over 11,000 listings. Listings are posted on realtor.com and the sites of brokers who participate in the Internet Data Exchange program. Participation in Northwestern Wisconsin MLS, which uses MLXchange as its online system, is limited to Realtors®.

The MLS system based in Eau Claire includes counties all over Northwestern Wisconsin. Listings from the following counties may appear in the RANWW MLS:*
