Randall Park Neighborhood in Eau Claire, WI
Historic Randall Park is partly surrounded by the Chippewa River and partly by Half Moon Lake. The neighborhood is home to Water St, the primary social gathering place for many thirsty students attending college at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
