The neighborhood is close to the downtown, with multiple choices of restaurants, bars, public services, and parks, but retains the affordable and comfortable feeling of a suburban neighborhood. Also of interest is Banbury Place, Eau Claire’s most well known industrial landmark featuring several multi-use, multi-tenant facilities, all settled near the banks of the Eau Claire River.
