Five BS-Free Steps to Selling your Home:

  1. Find similar properties. Find out the selling price, and price your property accordingly. 
  2. Also find competing properties for sale. Try to list for under their asking price.
  3. List in the MLS. Have a yard sign, nice pictures, good descriptions and keep the house clean.
  4. Lack of activity over time means your price is too high, so lower it.
  5. Accept an offer and let your title company/attorney/discount agent handle the rest.
